The outline for the weekend is as follows:
Saturday
- 10:00am - Hackagong welcome and openings
- 10:30am - Hackagong 2014 begins!
- 12:30pm - Lunch
- 5:00pm - URAC closes, if you want to shower, go well before 5PM.
- 6:30pm - Dinner
- 10:00pm - Doors close, stay overnight. You will need a team member to let you back in.
Sunday
- 8:00am - Doors re-open
- 8:30am - Breakfast
- 9:00am - URAC re-opens, if you stayed overnight, go shower.
- 12:00pm - Lunch
- 12:30pm - Judges are unleashed for Top 10
- 1:30pm - Judges begin judging for category prizes
- 3:00pm - Submit your video and survey to Hackagongers.com (here!)
- 4:00pm - Judging finishes!
- 4:30pm - Time is up! Top 10 teams announced
- 5:00pm - Top 10 teams pitch on stage
- 7:00pm - Final awards and winners announced

Eligibility
- Must have purchased a ticket at hackagong.com
- Remote team members are allowed but not encouraged. All participants must purchase Hackagong tickets and you must have 50% of your team phyiscally present on the weekend.
- All ages are welcome but participants under 16 must have a parent/guardian present or written permission.
Requirements
When submitting your project for judging, we have a few small rules for you to follow:
- You must upload 3 minute (max) screencast or product demo video to YouTube (or similar service)
- The video must be no-frills and silent/muted representation of your project
- You will then submit the video to your teams ChallengePost page
- If your team is in the Top 10, the video will be played in the background while you pitch your project
- You will not be eligible for a prize if your video has not been uploaded
